Working as a design consultant for Sonar Group I was responsible for taking a early stage design system and rolling it out across the Western Sydney University Online's web platform. As a part for this process I worked closely with a number of stakeholders across 3 companies to make sure that the vision was shared and executed to the desired standard and that everyones voice was heard and given equal weight.

As the conduit for so many different clients I was thrilled that all were equally happy with the end result.

Leading the creative effort on this project was a challenging and rewarding effort with great support from the project owners on all sides. It was a great learning experience in managing stakeholders and their varying desires.

I took away the importance of having a common goal set early in the process that could be later used as a guiding principle to manage conflicting ideas of what direction a certain piece of work should go in.
