I lead the UX and UI Design process for a total redesign of the EZIBUY Site. This redesign was undertaken as a part of a larger Omni Channel project.

New Zealand's favourite and largest ecommerce store.

Working onsite in Auckland New Zealand for 6 months, I led the creative process from start to finish.

I worked very closely with a number of different stakeholders on this job including the EZIBUY marketing team, EZIBY Omni project managers, TaTa consultants, both BA and project managers as well as front end developers and offshore developers.

As the only creative resource I was stretched initially very thin and was involved heavily in the team construction that allowed us to succeed and deliver all our assets on time and to a high standard.

I served as the key liaison, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between the in-house marketing team and the outsourced development team.

The project was a major success and one that Im personally very proud of. Despite a some major setbacks along the way with being able to find local resources we were able to push on and solve all the obstacles by reconfiguring the use of available resources and arranging off-shore availability.

One of the biggest wins that i facilitated on this job was the restructuring of the team and resources to meet demand,

During the project, we faced a significant resource challenge when we couldn't secure the necessary talent in the New Zealand market. I proposed reallocating underutilized in-house resources to this project, which significantly accelerated the front-end development process. Additionally, I leveraged my network in Australia to address the design resource gaps, ensuring the project stayed on track.

SAVED COSTS

25% less mailouts

We were able to reduce the amount of catalogues that were being mailed to the wrong address's. This was a considerable cost saving for the business.

INCREASED WEB ORDERS

Up 10%

The initial results showed that Ezibuy's online orders were up 10% after launch.
